Inpatient AccommodationsHealthSouth has one large inpatient unit, located on the third floor of the Ludlow campus. The unit is divided into five teams of rehabilitation professionals trained to meet the specialized needs of patients on the unit. There is also a patient lounge with television for family visits. Each room is equipped with individual nightstands, personal wardrobe closets, television and telephone. Cable television service and telephone for local calls are provided free of charge. The Therapy gymnasiums are located on the second floor. There are also kitchen areas, a tub for transfer training, a bedroom and laundry area for training in transfers and activities of daily living. Centrally located in Ludlow, with easy access via the Massachusetts Turnpike, HealthSouth combines a small town atmosphere with the adjacent parks, playground areas, a local post-office and markets. There are areas for patients and families to enjoy time for outdoor visits, leisurely walks or quiet conversation. 
Our Ludlow outpatient clinic, located on the hospital's second floor, provides comprehensive interdisciplinary services. There are several spacious therapeutic gymnasiums, a physiatry office, and private, individual treatment areas.
